AA Alcoholics Anonymous Illinois District 20 — Help for those with Alcohol Problems

If you have questions or concerns about your use of alcohol, we can help – because we’ve been there.

ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

Illinois District 20 serves Hancock, McDonough, Fulton, Schuyler Counties and Havana, Illinois. View available meetings as a printable PDF

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.

There are no dues or fees for AA membership.  We are self-supporting through our own voluntary contributions.  View “7th Tradition” suggested monthly group contributions and mailing addresses as a printable PDF

AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes.

Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics achieve sobriety. We are not a treatment program but a group of peers who have learned how to live without drinking. If you want to drink, that’s YOUR business. If you want to quit, that’s OUR business.
